 Decline Counterfeit Tiffany Jewelry and EBay

To avoid the business lost, tiffany has abuse EBay in the court.
Tiffany & Co.'s lawsuit against eBay in the matter of its trademark opened two days ago. Tiffany is accusing eBay of turning a blind eye to the sale of counterfeit Tiffany Circle clasp necklace on its website. EBay maintains that it is up to Tiffany & Co to police its trademarks and stated that it had done everything in its power to prevent trade in counterfeit goods.
The trial, which is expected to continue through November 21, is of special interest because it may serve as a legal precedent regarding which entity is responsible for policing the Internet for counterfeit products.
EBay锟斤拷s lawyer, Bruce Rich, Heart and Tiffany Box Charm stated that eBay spends over $10 million a year to cleanse its site of counterfeit merchandise.
